What is included in the conference registration fee?
Your registration includes: • Kick-Off House Party on Thursday (appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages) • Full conference access on Friday • Lunch on Friday • Friday Networking Event (appetizers and mocktails) • Access to all presenters and keynote speaker • Conference t-shirt • Access to our conference app for pre, during, and post-event networking
Are there any discounts available for early registration or group bookings?
Yes! We offer an early bird rate of $329 if booked by May 10, 2025. For groups of 3 or more attendees, we offer an additional 10% off the early bird rate.
Will there be opportunities for continuing education credits or professional development hours?
We are currently finalizing our application with the Texas Education Agency for educators in the state of Texas. We'll update this information as soon as it's available.
What is the cancellation and refund policy for the conference?
All registrations are final and non-refundable. However, you can transfer your registration to another person until June 1, 2025.
Is there a recommended hotel for out-of-town attendees, and are there any special conference rates available?
Yes, we have secured a block of rooms at the Cambria Downtown Austin Location at a special rate of $159 per night. This hotel, which opened in October 2023, serves as our pride headquarters for accommodations. There is a $25 a night rate for valet parking.
Where are the conference events held?
Thursday's Kick-Off House Party: A private residential home (location provided upon registration) • Friday's Full-Day Conference: Austin Central Library, starting at 8:30 AM sharp.
